We have applied the HACCP system and the Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices to meet all stringent European quality standards and requirements for food production. 

Japan Agri Products Europe operates HACCP accredited factory located in Bulgaria, EU with a clean rooms and temperature controlled warehouses, where all production processes have been done under highly hygienic standard. In collaboration with the Japanese technologists including well trained and long experienced Bulgarian staff, JAPE can provide customers with products and ingredients resulted from a variety of technology and processing scheme.
The factory is equipped with modern technology of the last generation, developed and made by Japanese and Italian companies-all of which are leading manufacturers of machines and equipment for the food industry.

We are continuously committed to quality which is integrated in the daily work of all employees. Meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers on food safety is our constant motivation for the optimal organization and management of our business processes. The following efforts are made in order to meet the expectations of our customers regarding the quality.

  • Our production site is periodically audited according to the quality management (HACCP method in place) through an accredited certifying partner.
  • We guarantee that only materials complying with all quality requirements and specifications enter our processing facility.
  • According to defined criteria, controls of semi-finished and finished products are being conducted in external accredited laboratories on the basis of mandatory procedures.
  • Full traceability (in both ways) down to the purchased raw materials as well as to the packaging materials and documented manufacturing processes are a matter of course.
